Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

●Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unaltered, with all tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.
●Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product
●Custom or personalized items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable, unless received defective.
●If you have received a wrong or defective item, please provide an unboxing video of the product from start to end within 24hrs of receiving your delivery  !

●Please make sure to raise your request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
● there are no monetary refunds only exchange or credit in case you received any defective product with the proof of unboxing video !

● Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
